14 May: Walking around edible species in Carsiana

14 May: Walking around edible species in Carsiana

The collection of edible wild species, or foraging, is an increasingly common practice, which however requires preparation and study before being undertaken. We can enjoy what nature offers us, but with certain limits that must be respected in order not to damage the species and environments in which we venture.

Carsiana offers you a course in two parts, the second on May 14th, to safely approach what could be considered a "lifestyle and diet".

In the second meeting we will focus on the practical recognition of the spontaneous edible species present in Carsiana and on the Karst.

The course will be held by the botanical naturalist Pierpaolo Merluzzi.
