The nature that reawakens every year takes the same steps, cadenced and linked to well-defined ecological and climatic factors. Have you ever wondered why the first spring blooms only occur in certain places? And why is the flowering of these species so limited in time and occurs so early, when the temperatures are still too cold for the other species?
Let's start the season by discovering this wonderful awakening guided by the expert botanist Pierpaolo Merluzzi. An introductory guided tour of the sinkhole of the Carsiana Botanical Garden, in which the most typical habitats of the Karst have been recreated, will be followed by an excursion to its wild neighbours: the Riselce sinkhole and the Horses' Baratro. We invite you to a long morning dedicated to discovering the karst territory and spring awakening.
