20 May: From flower to flower, towards salvation?

20 May: From flower to flower, towards salvation?

Many insects feed on nectar and pollen, not just bees. The pollination service that they tirelessly and freely carry out has a high value, just think of all the fruit and vegetables that we can eat thanks to them. Despite this we kill them, either on purpose or as collateral victims of other agricultural treatments. Actions in favor of pollinators, both domesticated and wild, are more than important, they are essential. Can we change course? Can we as individuals do something concrete? Even small gestures in our green areas can help. We can introduce you and guide you towards our much desired “green future”.

On the occasion of World Bee Day (May 20) we invite you to explore this theme in Carsiana. The first part of the event will take place along the garden paths. This will be followed by the tasting of the various typical honeys of the Karst with the honey taster Maria Luisa Zoratti.
