The Karst is known to be a largely arid rocky plateau, characterised by vegetation that is well adapted to the low water availability and strong wind gusts.
The few, precious Karst wetlands are therefore a valuable exception, to be appreciated for their uniqueness and approached with respect. The vegetation of these areas is therefore all the more interesting, and accompanied by botanist Pierpaolo Merluzzi we will analyse their characteristics.
