Since ancient times, spices have played a fundamental role in food, culture and human history: but what are the typical spices of the Karst? 
Through a short introductory journey into the history of these substances of vegetable origin, we will discover the qualities of the aromatic species of the Karst, between smells and tastes, to get to know our territory through its essences.
